UAS - Underground Autostyling

Absolutely awful business, I went about 7 months ago to resolve the issue of my front speakers not working in my car, I was charged almost 1000 for a new radio to “fix the issue” but my car was returned with the front speakers still not working and what they thought to be the issue which was my radio was not the issue so they started out by charging me for a diagnostic which was incorrect. They ruined my factory amplifier by cutting all my car wiring to the amplifier and sending it to the radio. Now my car speakers sound way worse than they use to, my speakers are all blown since the new radio sends the bass to the door speakers instead of the factory subwoofer. My steering wheel controls also stopped working after my car was returned. And I was charged almost 1000 dollars. And this isn’t even mentioning that I had to take my car not once or twice but leave it three times to get the work done and instead of it taking a couple weeks as I was told the process would take, it took months for them to complete their work. They also broke my air vents and replaced them with other broken vents. And I never wrote a review despite everything wrong. But the worst part is that not even

I recently visited Underground Autostyling looking to upgrade my wheels. Before visiting, I had little to no knowledge about the subject. Ryan's guidance for a first time buyer was honest and extremely helpful and with his patience I was able to make a decision. The prices were fair and the service was quick and precise! I am more than happy with the care Underground provided for me! I will absolutely be back for more upgrades! Thanks Ryan and team!

I highly recommend Underground Autostyling! I called so many places for a subwoofer and installation and was either unable to reach the business, they wouldn’t call me back, or was treated rudely. Then I called Underground Autostyling and not only did they answer, they went above and beyond to give me professional and courteous service while making my decisions to purchase, and they had a plethora of options to choose from. Ryan helped me, he was so courteous and informative. I will go to him for all my future purchases. Thank you Ryan for making this process actually enjoyable and very easy. I feel my business was handled with the utmost care and professionalism.

I had some issues with installing my sub to my stock radio. Called in and got Ryan on the phone and he was super helpful and was able to get me in right away. JR worked on my truck, found what I did wrong and fixed it in 30 minutes. Price was super fair, and I am super happy with their work. Would recommend. Will be a repeat customer.
